All immigrants will be supplied with temporary living quarters and food stamps until they can provide for themselves. Each immigrant will be asked of leave the governments care after 6 months. To become a legal immigrant you must be from areas in alliance or peace with the M&M republic. People of interest of threat will not be permitted to enter society. All unpermitted persons should stay in the area dedicated to refugees and nonresident personnel. Court system-The court system will be ran by judges and selected people of the section. The selected people must be deemed impartial. The representatives of each section can choose a total of five judges. If the residents see the judge unfit or biased they may ask their representative for a electoral impeachment. A vote will be conducted to decide whether the judge will removed or not. The representatives are granted the ability to remove a judge immediately if he sees fit. Branches-Branches of the government include prime minister, and legislator. Prime minister is to help pass laws, handle major conflict, and declare war. Legislators are to help pass laws handle minor conflict with sections. Sections can pass laws, but just for their section. Sections are also to handle criminal punishment as well. Handling disputes between sections- Disputes between sections will be settled with the help of legislators or court. If a section is to still disagrees with decisions made nothing will be done because there is no appeal they can make when handling section disputes. Handling disputes between sections and national government- If disputes between government and sections the problem will be brought to the supreme court. The court will have at least 3 judges for handling government and sections. No appeals can be made after decision is made. Procedure in which constitution can be amended/changed- Should the constitution ever need change, the entire government should be involved. Including the judges of the country. A bill of sorts will be created and edited by the legislature. From here the people of the government shall discuss anything that would be added or changed.
