Introduction
In this part I will explain “How managing of resources and controlling budget costs can improve the performance of business” and I will explain this task in two ways which means I will agree the statement and disagree. To complete this task, I have chosen MCBS (Modern College of Business and Science) to explain the statement above.
Agree
The business will able to control amount of money and they will know where they must spend money and for what purpose. This means that, if the business has good performance will able to invest something such as land or buy it which may lead for them to get profit that will help to run their business well. Also, the company will have an opportunity to expand their business more because they are sure that they have enough money in their budget and they will decide to spend money whatever they wish.
The college also can be very attractive because they are sure that they have reserved money may be in bank that will help them to solve the small problems that will face internally or externally. For instant internal problem like computers get damages or any other things such as building gets damage, it will be very easy for them to fix that problems. This means that happiness is the key of succession in any business, because if the workers are happy they will be most efficient which makes the group cost effective. Management of human resources needs the director to have many information about their staff. For instance, the manager must know which member in his staff which specific skills and experience their staff must put them in a specific aspect according to the skill and knowledge they have. Management of human resources is very important because it makes all members in the business in a correct place according to their abilities and experience and they manage the money because everyone puts in a specific job
