1A. 2
1B. I will communicate often with my classmates and ask my professor for help whenever I am in need. During my field experience, I plan to converse with experienced teachers and ask for any advice that will help me succeed in this course, as well as in the future. Having people to rely on for guidance will help me grow as a student and as a preservice teacher.
2A. 6
2B. This semester I plan to go to as many MNEA meetings as possible. Being involved in an organization, pertaining to teaching, is a great way to remain up to date with the growth of education and new discoveries in the industry. I plan to not only attend the MNEA meetings regularly, but attend all of the events that take place outside of the meetings as well.

I believe that displaying energy and the will to work is a strength of mine because I enjoy working in a classroom environment. During my time teaching Junior Achievement, I will show up to my assigned class with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. I plan to administer each lesson to the best of my ability, in order to motivate my students.

Areas for Development

7A. I need to improve my efficiency at planning, organizing, and managing time.
7B. I find myself planning things at the last minute, which causes me to become unorganized and fall short of time. During my time teaching Junior Achievement, I will strive to plan my lessons in advanced and come to class rehearsed. Also, I will keep a separate binder specifically for my Junior Achievement course; this will help me remain organized and prepared for each lesson that I will be teaching.

8A. I need to improve my ability to use all available class time.
8A. As a preservice teacher, I have noticed that there have been instances when I have time to spare or not enough time at the end of my lesson. When teaching Junior Achievement, I plan to rehearse my lesson prior to presenting it, in order to make sure that I am taking advantage of all of the allotted class
