Madeline response to Jill,
I agree it is important to follow each section to have a clear idea of the objective we must meet to reach the target instructional goal. Because an objective is the foundation upon which to build the lesson and assessments that prove the overall course outcome. Stating a clear objective is important because they give you a solid foundation for designing relevant instructional materials. When you develop a learning object, a lesson or a learning activity, you have to define what you want the students to learn and how you will know that they learned. Instructional objectives, also called behavioral objectives or learning objectives are a requirement for high-quality development of instruction.
