Background information
Federal rules of civil Procedures which were effected on 1st December the year 2016 are there to control the proceedings in the civil society in the district of United States. The main role is to protect the just, fast and valueless determination of each proceeding and actions. These rules were first incorporated due to Supreme Court order in the year 1937 and 20th of December and later relayed to the Congress in the year 1937 and 3rd of January. In 2006 rule 34 was amended which was related to the production of electrically stored information, trespassing on land and also for inspection for other purposes.
