This is the case with NewBuild company, a major commercial construction company. Although the company felt it was slowing down, it still had contracts to execute, but the future beyond the existing contracts is volatile. Possible alternatives with their pros and cons.

There are a number of ways that Brad and Kerry could have managed their relationship with Jason. As an example, they could have focused on its strengths and weaknesses. They might also have tried to understand Jason's organizational and personal goals. All this would allow for an effective working relationship to be established. Furthermore, understanding Jason's strengths and weaknesses would allow Brad and Kerry to make decisions about their assignments.
Ultimately, this would have given them the advantage of efficiently delivering and providing Jason with the information required to conduct the reviews.
Moreover, Bard and Kerry could have tried to establish a good working. Establishing good working relationships within an organization encourages cultural systems and processes to share management input and vice versa. Establishing a working relationship improves engagement at work, generates better ideas within an organization, and increases productivity (Day & Leiter, 2014). Firstly, Kerry is doing a commendable management job compared to Brad. Kerry informs Jason effectively and uses a casual style in her communication, which means she's more of a listening speaker than a reader. While Brad only answers the essential question and uses a passive approach, which makes it difficult for Jason to appreciate and execute. Also, Brad failed to accept leadership during the negation process set by Jason.
