The management plays a big role and it is very important in an organization. This is because depends on manager’s management styles; employees can perform their jobs well. Since I major in hospitality, I took many classes about the management. Especially, when I took HMD 307 and 407, I learned different types of management styles and diverse leaders. During HMD407, I learned about abusive supervision. This is part of a dark side of leadership. It does not include physical behaviors but it is regardless of managers’ purposes.
