Management is a very special skill that help people all around the world succeed individually. In the textbook, management is defined as “the attainment of organizational goals in an effective and efficient manner through planning, organizing, leading, and controlling organizational resources.” In this paper, I will be writing from what I have learned from interviewing a manager outside in the real world what she considers to be the five most significant managerial practices or areas of importance deemed essential for managerial success. Giving my thoughts, what I have experienced, my knowledge, and what I learned from this interview will be put into this paper. Organizing is one that help keeps the company moving smoothly. “Organizing makes things simple, easy to find tools, helps me as a manager to stay on track of my work.” Yer said that organizing is a must in everything you do.
