Manuel Noriega and Frank Lucas are both drug dealers but have many similarities and differences on how they get things done. Thy both have a big history about them and many crimes crimes leading to there main task of being drug dealers and getting money and power. Manuel Noreiga was born on Febuary 11 ,1934. He is currently 81 years old. He was born in the city of Panama. He was the former military ruler in panama who ran a corruption government but, ended when the united states ruled him out in 1990.Although he was a big cocaine traffiker. He was very powerful and worked with other drug dealers like Pablo Escobar and with the colombian medellin cartel. He wasnt only a drug dealer but also had been charged for murdering the ones that where aganist him.After many years of being wanted . He then surrendered to the u.s on january 3 ,1990. He was charged for money laundering, cocaine trafficking , and rackeetering. He was given a 40 year sentence . altough he only served 17 years until he has taken to france in 2011 , then sent to panama to serve 20 years for murder . …show more content…

He also"owned " many neighborhoods of drug sales.He had a family ran business known as the country boys.He was known for his heroin known as "Blue magic" which was said to be the best. He was caught and sentenced to 70 years in prison.
