He also painted cinema murals in Bangkok.
When Mark was in Australia, he produced a series of identical paintings that he gave away to other people to sell as their own. Finally, while in the Western suburbs of Sydney, the young man ended up running the camera department of a large chemist.
During this two-year travelling experience, Mark was only armed with a sketchbook, and an inexpensive £50 camera. Nonetheless, his work sparked some interest when he went back to the UK, and some of his pictures were also exhibited. The event gifted Mark with a boost in confidence. That is how it all started.

Since 1985, the artist exhibited his work in both group and solo exhibitions in places such as the UK, Portugal, France, Holland, the U.S., Italy, Brazil, Argentina, and many more.
