4: Electronic Arts Plc: A world leader in the video games industry. It has such sub sectors like EA sports, EA challenger and EA collaborations. It has recent had a huge increment in its stock price and as a result has allowed for diversification into the film production industry. EA is responsible for games from franchise like The Harry Potter series, however it owes most of its success to the football theme FIFA series which has been in flow since 1990. The company became incorporated in 1982 by Trip Hawkins and since Andrew Wilson CEO has made it a huge transnational company. The company has hugely evolved since them into a major company. Mainly due to the work of Stan Lee, Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby, they brought to life the comic books of The Amazing Spiderman, The Incredible Hulk and The Invincible Iron Man. Since then Marvel has branched into The Movie Industry and TV industry, in order to compete with DC comics. Their fierce competition has spawned major franchises including Marvel’s Cinematic Universe, which has grossed over $7 Billion and has allowed Marvel to maintain a 33% stake in the Comic book marketplace. As well as that they have gained an extra revenue sales of $127.5 million sales, since offering E-Comics through Marvel.com and The Amazon Kindle Store. Marvel is now about to enter into Phase 3 of their highly lucrative Cinematic Universe, and also has expanded by launching 2 other universes. This has forced DC comics after their hugely success Dark Knight Franchises to also contend by launching its own Cinematic Universe. However, Marvel have not enjoyed success with their Agents of Shield series so much so that it has tainted the Avengers Brand. Disney acquired Marvel Entertainment for $4 Billion in 2011 and Marvel LLC retains a of just over $10 billion making it the largest Comic Books company
