Abraham Maslow contended that people are persuaded by five crucial needs. He shaped a pyramid showing these needs which he called the 'hierarchy of needs '
At the base of the pyramid are essential needs, those that arouse individuals to work sustenance and asylum. When these needs are met through pay, people need wellbeing and security through, for instance, great job conditions. Social needs allude to the need to have a place, to be a piece of a gathering. Self-regard may emerge from an advancement. Comfortable top is Self-satisfaction - the zone for imagination, test and hobby. Maslow recommended that accomplishing one level propels us to accomplish the next.
