Last year, Qantas decided cuts 5000 jobs to match its $252 million loss (Massola and O’Sullivan 2014). Employees as a group of stakeholders, they will suffer financial problem because of job cuts. Qantas’ activity affected these people lost their jobs, which lower visibility that concerning with internal and external stakeholders (Burke and Logsdon 1996).
