Introduction The Incas, Aztecs, and Mayan have many similarities and differences. The Incas live in Bolivia and Peru in South America. The Mayans live in Belize,Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. The Aztecs live in Mesoamerica, mexico. The Mayans most famous cities are Chichen Itza, Tikal, and Palenque. The Incas build of Machu Picchu is also very popular for it’s amazing buildings. The Mayans lived from 2600 B.C to 1800 B.C. . The Maya dominated from 200 to 900 A.D .The Aztecs lived from the year 1428 to 1521. The Incas lived from the year of 1428 to 1532. One thing that the Mayans, Incas, and Aztecs had in common was that they all believed in gods. The Aztecs and the Incas however had the sun god as the most important while the Mayans didn’t. The Mayans and the Aztecs both did do human sacrifices. The Incas did child sacrifices very rarely, but if a child got sacrificed it would be an honor to the family. The Incas also thought that the Emperor( Sapa Inca ) was part god. And when the Aztecs conquered a someone the Aztecs would kill all members of that tribe. The Mayans would do a type of sacrifice where a person got thrown in a well and if they survived they would be treated as if they were sacred.
