This report will be based on comparing and contrasting the privacy statements of TAFE Queensland Brisbane and Medicare (Department of Human Services). This report will cover the key similarities and differences between the two privacy policies, show how the information is collected, stored and used. Then lastly will cover which policy covers the users concerns regarding their personal data privacy to the fullest extent and which policy is easier to understand and interpret.

Between both privacy policies of TAFE Queensland Brisbane and Medicare (Department of Human Services) there are some key similarities on how the information is collected, how to information will be stored and how to the information is used or disclosed.

This can be done through face to face meetings with an employee of the agency, over the phone, submitting paper forms or done online through the agency's website. Both TAFE and Medicare use these processes to obtain information from the client.
Information Storage Similarities 2.2
Information storage is mandatory step of the process when information is collected by TAFE or Medicare; this allows the agency to know who the client is and what service that are providing for them. When information is collected then stored it is important for the agency to protect it from any unauthorised users, adjustments, misuse, loss or unauthorised exposure. TAFE Brisbane and Medicare protect your information and make sure it is safely secured.
