I joined UONA as a graduate student perusing MBA degree specializing in Technology Management as it provides a very unique learning opportunity both theoretical knowledge and applied learning prospects dealing with real world examples and experiences collaboratively.

I am taking MGMT 515 “Management that transforms” and TECH 515 “Technology that transforms” For summer Semester. Main Objective of MGMT 515 course is exploring difference between managers and leaders, contrast the ideologies of managing and being managed and develop skills to manage teams in global and multicultural environment. Main objective of TECH 515 course is to articulate an understanding of the development of information technologies and their impact on government and business management, compare the different models of IT adoption

In this job I will be Maintaining cGMP training proficiency to ensure compliance, Participate in cross functional teams to drive investigation, implement appropriate Corrective and Preventative Action, Utilizes manufacturing process knowledge and investigation skill sets to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, improve process operations and affect positive change. I will be also working with managers and supervisors to develop and maintain training materials and Curricula on process operations, theory, and compliance which will help me improve my communication skills, sharpen my leadership skills and develop my management traits. I am getting an opportunity to trains new Manufacturing Specialists which I am very much looking forward to as able to train other effectively is an extraordinary skill and a challenge which I am looking forward to deal by collaborating my academics and experiences. This job is also a great learning platform as I would be getting chance to participate in determining objectives of assignment and independent decision making
