Miami Beach is a coastal resort city and a barrier island in Miami-Dade County with radiant beaches and surrounded by parks, world-class dining, golf courses, arts and culture, and shopping. It has 7 square miles of dazzling sand and sun-dappled Atlantic, which marks one side of the city.
Samuel Strauch an avid investor in real estate businesses, consequently, he is deeply involved in this booming business of once, run down the south beach. Moreover, diverse groups continue buying homes in south Florida. Over half of international home sales (52%) happen in Miami Fort Lauderdale West Palm Beach (NAR, 2016).
According to Miami and NAR reports (2016), 80 percent of all South Florida home sales took place in Dade County. Foreign buyers purchased residential properties worth $6.2 billion dollars in 2016 compared with 2015 whose sales totaled $6.1 billion dollars, thus international sales units increased from 22% to 24%. The biggest investors in South Florida' real estate are from Latin America, including Venezuela 15% Argentina 11%, Brazil and Colombia 10% each, Canada 6% and Mexico and France & Peru 4%, which accounts for 64 percent of total
