Some books he wrote are Theodore Roosevelt: A Twentieth Century Life, Jamestown 1607, and John Paul Jones: Hero of the High Seas. Cooper went through a lot to become a writer, he even started out writing newspapers. He went to New York City for school, and he loved it. Cooper loves his writing career.
