The comedies Midsummer Night Dream & The Tempest by William Shakespeare both share a common theme; love. Despite the fact that the love in both comedies were perceived slightly different, the concept of love still existed in both. The love presented in MSND was evil and dark, not being "real" at all; it was the kind of love that made people do crazy things, the sort of love that was forced by others. On the other hand, the love presented in The Tempest was pure love, totally different from the love in MSND, love that was created on its own.
