What is happening Mindy present herself as 25 year old, young woman. Mindy is presenting several disorders along with symptoms. She present herself to this social worker as having present symptoms such as anxiety and panic attacks disorders. Mindy continues to have panic attacks with increasing frequency over the past years. Mindy has indicated that panic attacks are re occurring from 2 to 3 times a day. Onset of problems were when she was attending high school. Mindy never mentioned to her parents any of the symptoms that she confronted when she was attending high school. Mindy describes her symptoms as a sudden intense wave that comes along with fear. It seems that this fear are not provoked. They just appears all of a sudden. …show more content…

This has come to the point in where Mindy cannot ambulate from her home. She has had to miss at least one day of work due to the incapacitating of her panic attacks frequency.
Biological perspective Mindy has encountered many stressors ever since she was in high school due to her life style. Her life style has influence a lot on the stressors that have created different kind of symptoms. It was never reported that she has any physical conditions. Mindy has reported that she has excellent health. No past trauma has been reported. She does have parents while she was young she did had to follow rules at home. No other biological problems was reported.
Psychosocial aspect Mindy encounters anxiety and panic attacks. The onset of problems started when she was in high school. Mindy has voice out the symptoms of increasing panic attack over the last 8 years. She has indicated that her panic attacks have increased from 2 to 3 a day (Gray, 2016). The symptoms that she is presenting are sudden wave that is not announced with tremors, sweat and fear of crying or screaming. Mindy have been living a very active live in which she has to be expose to a lot of pressure due to her previous job and current as director for a trade magazine which impose a lot of stress. She also reported mild depression when she was a senior. She reported at age 19, she did have a mild episode of depression after she broke up with her
