Several of Redline’s vehicles, usually adorned with special banners celebrating the girls aboard, would carry full compliments of Miss Australia Quest ‘highest individual money-raisers’ to the location of each year’s Miss Australia coronation ball.
Wherever the ball was to be held, Redline would make a fully inclusive group tour available from each eastern and southern capital city as a prize for the highest fundraisers from each state to attend the final. This would usually involve five coaches and drivers each year, on itineraries varying from approximately one to two weeks duration.
Redline packaged these prize-winning tours in order there would be no cost to the Quest organization, arranging and paying for all accommodation and meals, wherever possible using its regular year-round scheduled tour caterers.
