Having read Aristotle’s article, I believe my emotional expression would be different if I thrived on moderation. Aristotle describes moderation as an intermediate communication which can be neither too much nor too little. He also describes it as not being realistic or desirable. I understand that when communicating, we should not try to present ourselves like everyone else. Firstly, moderation of emotions often depends on the situation being dealt with. If I strive for moderation in any situation, I will not be myself and it will deny my emotions, which could potentially lead to distress. Many people may argue that the moderation of emotions could potentially lead to success, which is true but only if it is both appropriate and necessary
