Money, a term that most of us, if not all of us, know about and have had a lot of experience with. Personally, I have had a lot of experience with money and it has affected my life in numerous of ways. Society itself has played a huge role in the way I have used my money and what was deemed an important use of money. The nature versus nurture theory in sociology is one of the ways that has made my experience smart and reliable with money. Everything I know about money and how to successfully use it, I have to thank my mom for. At a very young age, she has always told me to save my money any chance I got because it will come in handy in the future. Whenever we received money from any type of holiday, birthday, or other occasions she told us that we should put it our savings. Not only did she teach me how to save, but when I got my first job and wanted to spend the hard-working money I earned, she taught me to budget about 50 dollars from each check and save the rest. This taught me how to be responsible with my money and not burn through all of it for no reason. Each person throughout society has a social role and social status. A person's social status in society is there social position. This can hold many different titles like mother/father, son/daughter, student, and many more.
