I decided to challenge myself and try something different for 30 days. In my challenge for 30 days, I decided to go every day to the gym. My purpose to go the gym every day is to have an impact on my muscles, maintain a balance diet, and have a daily routine to follow. In my next challenge I was ready to work out in the machines. My next procedure was to work on my upper body, that includes chest, biceps, triceps, and back muscles. This was a major challenge, but was not impossible for my body to continue on my process of a muscular change. The upper body workout was difficult for me, since my body was not use to it. I continue with the work outs and give my maximum effort to achieve my goal, for example I stay extra hours in the gym and skipped my homework to work out for a muscular change. Week three the pain was killing me, I couldn’t feel my muscles they were exhausted, but the results on my muscles were having a huge impact on my body. In week three I decide to rest my muscles and run for a week. My cardio was insane, I could feel my lower body muscles have an impact on my body. Every day I was running, my body was feeling more energetic. Final week my body was transforming into another size and my muscles were getting bigger. The pain was gone, my body was different it was an achievement. My goal was done, but I need it the last step to complete the challenge for my muscular body change.
