My Jrotc Program Essay

As second semesters began in Columbia County schools, I recapped on how much I change from my freshman year to senior year. In my freshman year, I hear several students planning in their future and trying to planning on what they going to put in their college application. While I plan on a career field that I want to go to, I learn different strategies on how to study academies effectively. I join one sports in my Jrotc program, which is call Raider Team. I enjoy on physical fitness since I want to stay healthy and live a longer life. I made couple of friends, create friendship with them until my senior year, and learn what they going to do in their future. Although I try my best learning about several students plan and figure out on what I am going to do, I plan to join an engineer field; however, I cannot figure out what kind of engineer that I going to be. My drawback on a career path continue during my sophomore; however, there were changes that I did not expected. I join two new sports: cross-country and Track and field. In addition, I join a club call Robotics club that dramatically change my decision into cybersecurity and computers.

I also learn that there are several companies that involve cybersecurity and most employers get their degree in computer science, cybersecurity, and computer engineering, which involve building a computer. Nevertheless, I learn that cybersecurity and computer programming is an interest career pathway that I want to join in. Therefore, I decide to change my engineering pathway to cybersecurity pathway to learn several of lessons about cybersecurity.
