The decisions I make in life are based on many self-asking questions, like am I impacting someone's life, how will it affect myself and my family, is this God’s plan for me, and is it a good idea financially. These questions are like looking at a smorgasbord asking yourself what food is good for you, which should you choose first. All the questions I asked myself are equally important to me. In my life I always wanted to be a positive impact on someone’s like, my dream of being a teacher will change children's life in many ways. I am able to be a listening ear to their problems, a helping hand, a friend, and educator of young people. The glow of a child as they discover something new is motivation for me. Participating in the Early Childhood Education program within my school gave me the chance to change children's life at an early age. I worked with many children teaching the alphabet, numbers, shapes and colors. The difference from their first day of school and their last showed I had done my job right. Their opinions mean a lot to me and I consider their opinions in all the decisions I make. As I sorted through different career paths I made sure that my choices made myself and family happy.
