New York, October 28, 2015 – today NBC Universal’s Telemundo has announced the appointment of Stepanie Braidy as their new President and Chief Executive officer, making Stephanie the first female to hold the position of CEO in Telemundo’s history. Stephanie has served as the senior director of marketing and promotions for the past 7 years. She will assume responsibility on Monday November 2nd and will succeed Joe Uva, who due to old age has decided to step down. During her time at Telemundo, Braidy has been responsible for developing the network’s community outreach and ratings through the use of her strategic marketing efforts.
