In the movie The Christmas Carol, Ebenezer Scrooge is visited by three spirits. Scrooge did not like Christmas because his partner died on Christmas eve. This caused him to hate Christmas, and become a cold, hearted person. His last visit effected him in an emotional way. It changed the way he looks at the world, and has emotions for the people around him.
In the movie The Christmas Carol Scrooge was a business man, he was not nice to other people and did not like Christmas since his partner died on Christmas Eve. After he came from work his partner showed up as a ghost and warned him about three spirits that are going to visit him and each spirit shows him the past, present, and future. The spirit of Christmas that affected Scrooge the most were the spirit of Christmas future. Scrooge did not care about any one after his partner died on Christmas Eve. Once his partner visited him he was supposed to be visited by ghost past, present, and future.
He is visited by the three spirits of Christmas. He gets a visit by the spirit of Christmas past, the present, and the future! These three spirits are on a very difficult mission to help Scrooge get that happy, wonderful spirit. After three hours Scrooge will become a changed man who is ready for Christmas with his family and everyone else. I believe, though, that the spirit of the future changed him the most.
He appreciated his time with people and realized Christmas was more than he thought. Ebenezer implies this because he knows what you do in the past can be forgotten if you try to make it better, but if you do not try your best, your past will not be forgotten. He said this because he knows how his life would change did he does this. The, ghost of Christmas Yet To Come took Ebenezer to his own gravestone, this caused him to see how terrible his life will be if he continued to seek to bad in everything that he came to. The, sight of seeing himself be gone was tragic to Ebenezer, he could not believe his eyes.
By looking back on his past makes Scrooge realize why he truly hates Christmas time. It is because his lover, Belle, left him for money. This ironically parallels Scrooge’s future with love ones. He pushes others away and even holds back money from his own family. The Ghost of Christmas Present just makes Scrooge worse, by showing that his actions are slowly killing Bob Cratchit and the rest of his family.
Scrooge is visited by four Christmas ghosts who try to show him the meaning of Christmas spirit and warn him that if he does not change he will die a lonely hated man.
