It was 6:00 A.M. and my soccer match was in 3 hours. My alarm clock went off for 5 straight minutes until I finally turned it off and decided to wake up. The night before, I decided to practice for at least 30 minutes but I actually practiced for 2 hours and 30 minutes. I did some sprinting drills, running drills, shooting drills, and just some regular exercise such as push ups and sit ups. As you can imagine I was very tired and sore. I went downstairs made a quick protein shake and then went to go brush my teeth. I went to practice for 40 min just to get a little bit of practice before the game. I did sprints, shooting, and juggles. After I warmed up, I was sweating and pretty tired. So I decided to take a cold shower to relieve muscle soreness. It's actually proven that a quick cold shower after breaking a sweat at the gym can be just as effective as an ice bath. I was watching soccer skills and goals by Gareth Bale, and Cristiano Ronaldo. Gareth Bale is my favorite player then, it's Cristiano Ronaldo. I like Gareth Bale more than Cristiano Ronaldo because he's the fastest player and I wanna be like him. Cristiano Ronaldo is better, but I just prefer Gareth Bale. Gareth Bale runs at a speed of 34.7km/h while, Cristiano Ronaldo only runs 33.6km/h so he’s pretty quick. After I got done watching videos of those two it was 8:00 A.M. so I took a moment to picture the match going well.
