The Russian Revolution in 1917 involved the falling of an empire under Tsar Nicholas the 2nd and the rise of Marxian Socialism under Lenin. The Russian revolution had many negative outcomes but also a few positive outcomes, like Lenin created free education throughout Russia. Children also learned communist ideas but were still being educated about the world. One of the negative outcomes was the spread of communism around the world, tis was a reason for World War II. Another negative effect was that 15 million people died. People were also not allowed to celebrate religion.
