Choosing a Built-In style means that if the layout of any part of the document changes you do not have to go back and manually amend the header/footer layout. For example, if the footer has text right-aligned on every page and the orientation of a page is changed from portrait to landscape there is no need to go back to the landscape page and reset the right tab to move the piece of text further right. [PIC REF WP.204] However if you have not used a Built-In header or Footer style and have changed the orientation or margins for one part of your document there is still the option of resetting the tabs automatically by clicking on Insert Alignment Tab. The Alignment Tab dialog box will open allowing alignment changes to be made.
