The NFL Draft is possibly one of the most significant events in the world of American Football. While it doesn’t get anywhere near as much attention as things like the Super Bowl or even the Pro Bowl, it’s just as significant. The Draft is the multi-day event where teams get to pick new players from a very large list of prospects, most of whom are coming from playing for a college. Because of how niche this event can be, it is prioritized by only the biggest of football fans, making it all the more special to them. Due to how important this event is to them, it has allowed for a community to grow through various aspects of their passion. We can’t help but feel like our favorite team is just a couple of good players from winning the next Super Bowl. However, one of the beautiful things about the buildup to the draft is that we also look at what other teams need to succeed and who they might take. Through this event and the hype leading up to it, the boundaries of teams are nonexistent and people can come together and get excited about the changes all of the teams are making and what that could mean for the future of the NFL. Following all of this excitement, attention shifts to the NFL Combine to see who might be the key factor in leading a team to greatness. The NFL Combine is possibly one of the most niche events in the sport that is often overlooked by many fans.
