On 04-09-2016 at 0315 hours I noticed a pickup stopped on Main Street about Mulberry Street with the passenger door open. The vehicle then turned onto Mulberry Street and pulled to the side of the road. I made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and was advised by dispatch Jenae Sisson had an active warrant for her arrest. Sisson was placed under arrest and placed into hand restraints which were properly fitting and double locked.
On 11/07/2017, the agent received a Law Enforcement Contact form indicating offender Joe A. Slugger was at the K&D Tap on 11/06/2017 having unauthorized contact with Sandra Williams. It was stated in the LEC form that Joe Slugger was drinking alcohol and will be referred for the charge of felony Substantial Battery by Badger Police Department after he was witnessed to hit Sandra Williams with his open right hand to Sandra William’s left side of her face and then grab Sandra Williams by the back of her head and slamming her head onto the bar counter where she was seated. Sandra Williams was observed having a visible red mark on her face and a laceration on her forehead that later required eight stitches. On 11/08/2017, the agent received a police report from Badger Police Department Officer Konkol (Case number 1-98-00456723) stating Officer Konkol and Officer Sandner were dispatched to the K&D Tap (223 W. main Street, Badger WI) where they made contact with Joe Slugger.
I responded to 106 Wildridge Road in reference to a civil complaint. Upon arrival, I spoke with Mark and Anna Sanders. Both subjects advised that they paid David Sasser $350.00 dollars to build their son a bunk bed. They advised that Sasser told them that he spent all the money and didn’t buy any supplies. Mark then agreed that he would take Sasser to get the wood that he need, and pay for it.
The officer initiated a traffic stop and observed there were three men in the vehicle. The men were identified as the driver Partlow, and the passengers Pringle, and Smith. The officer asked Partlow for his license and registration. When Partlow opened his glove compartment to get his vehicle registration, the officer observed a large roll of money inside the compartment. He ran Partlow’s information for any wants or warrants and he came back negative for both.
On Friday, 11/17/17, at approximately 1044 hours, Officer Chittenden and I were wearing full police uniforms and I was driving a fully marked police vehicle when we were dispatched to the Daly City Police station regarding a possible elder abuse. The reporting party, identified as Suella Feggans, requested I contact her via phone call. She stated to San Mateo County Communications her brother-in-law, later identified as S1 Ricardo Sainz, hit her mother, later identified as Linda West, with a metal pipe and threw her down a flight of stairs for a phone call request by reporting party Suella Feggans, identified via RIMS database, regarding her mother, being hit with a metal pipe and being pushed down the stairs by her brother-in-law. While on patrol, I was checking Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church on Needmore Road and observed a burgundy Tahoe sitting stationary, close to the woodline of the church. I exited my patrol car and approached the driver side of the Tahoe. I quickly recognized the driver as William Anthony Thomas, who has a felony warrant with our agency. Thomas was then detained until further investigation. Thomas name was ran through dispatch and they advised that he had a felony warrant for DUI-Felony.
On 04/19/2018 at approximately 20:04 hours I, Deputy Keith Lloyd, along with Deputy Fred Corley were dispatched to 1299 E 119th Street, Mulvane, Sumner County Kansas for an unknown disturbance. The call was transferred from Mulvane PD who advised they could only hear that a male and his son were arguing. At approximately 20:34 hours Deputies arrived at 1299 E 119th Street. Upon arrival I made contact with a white male who was I recognized as Jarid Miles Branine from previous encounters. I asked Jarid what was going on and he stated he and his father got into an argument and his mother called the cops fearing the two were going to get into a fight.
Defendant was pick up nearby within a short period of time after the incident. Defendant is a black male, 33 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and was wearing shorts and carrying a red and blue striped shirt. The victim was driven to the location to see the defendant, who was standing with police officers, still shirtless, with his hands cuffed behind his back. In the space of eight years, 51 Lane Cove Road housed five Chinese storekeepers. Each supplied the residents of North Sydney with various goods. The store itself was the final shop in the row, almost reaching the southern corner of Berry Street. Anthony Ebert leased the premises from James Wheeler, who owned a string of properties along the road. Ebert did not use the lot himself, but opened the door to occupants selling their wares.
On the above date and time I was conducting an area check of the the Ridge Road Center plaza. While behind the plaza, I observed a white, 4 door Mercury occupied by three white males. The vehicle was located in the back of the plaza next to a closed store. As I passed the vehicle all four males continued to stare at me. Concerned that the driver, or passengers may have a medical emergency, or a disabled vehicle, I proceeded to pull behind the vehicle without my lights or sirens activated to inquire.
On September 6, 2015 at approximately 8:21pm I, Deputy Tucker George, checked en route to the Shell Gas Station in Hawkins, Texas 75765, Located at 102 East front street in reference to an assault call. Upon arrival I located the complainant Michele Turner inside the Shell station sitting at a small table on the North wall of the building just inside the door. Michele Turner appeared to be intoxicated upon my arrival and displayed multiple signs of intoxication throughout the process of conducting my investigation. Carlus Ingram and P.P.O Harris responded to Interstate 70 Westbound exit ramp at Salisbury Street for a call for a “Department Accident.” After responding they were advised by Driver 2 that he was stationary on Interstate 70 westbound at Walnut Street relative to a call for construction debris on the highway. Driver 1 was traveling westbound on Interstate 70 approaching the rear of Driver 2 patrol vehicle. On Saturday 05/29/2016 at approximately 03:11 hours, I (Ptl. H. Lim) was on patrol in marked patrol vehicle 515 with Ptl. Salvador in the area of Livingston Avenue and How Lane. I was patrolling Livingston Avenue when I observed a White Nissan Maxima heading south with tinted window, I began to follow the vehicle at that point. The vehicle made right turn on How lane. The vehicle was operating at a slow rate of speed How lane and started to swirl left within the marked lane.
On the above date and time I, Officer Stone, was dispatched to Calkins Rd. west of Nichols Rd. for a vehicle in a ditch. When on I observed a white male, Anthony Frank Defalco DOB 12/03/1957, behind the wheel of a maroon Volvo attempting to rock the vehicle back and forth out of the ditch. There was an unknown citizen attempting to help Mr. Defalco get out of the ditch.
On Sunday 01/28/2018 at approximately 0146 I Officer A. Rodriguez #217 was dispatched to Momentum Village apartment #10106 (located at 7037 Islander Way Corpus Christi, Texas 78412 which is a part of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi) about an individual that was in apartment 10106 D not a roommate or an invited guest. Upon arrival I activated body camera #3 and knock on the door. An individual by the name of Christopher Potter (student/resident/reporting party) answered the door stating that he heard noise coming from his roommate 's room which is out of town. Potter had called his roommate (later identified as Michael Westerdale (student/resident) via phone to check if it was him which Westerdale told him no and that no one was allowed in his room.
