The reason behind this is due to the fact that I put unnecessary pressure on myself to do well as well as the pressure put on by my parents with their high expectations. Parents have high aspirations of their children and that’s the exact case with me. Other than that I try to avoid being stressed as it is negative and I tend to lead a very positive life. Factors that intensify stress Academic, social and family pressures tend to intensify stress. Whether it is tension in one’s household, or arguments occurring among friends this could intensify one’s stress load. Not only this but also academic in terms of homework load, upcoming tests and exams etc. Factors that reduce stress Managing ones time effectively can help reduce stress. If one manages their time in a good manner, they can maintain a social life also while dealing with stressors such as school to reduce stress.
