Part One:
During the course of writing this research pitch, I changed my mind several times. At the very beginning, right after Dr. Bronstein releases the assignment, Angela and I was thinking about topics related to feminism because most of the lectures we covered focus on female artists. Base off this vague idea, we each started our own research on music videos that illustrates feminism. The first concrete idea we came up with focus on the compare and contrast of black and white feminism because we both recall the verbal fights between Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj over the reward of VMAs. From their arguments, we found a huge difference between the focus of their arguments. However, other than that major conflict, we cannot find other evidence to support further analysis. Then, we switch gear to focus on only one type of feminism. Comparing to black feminism, white feminism seems more problematic because it carries the white privilege, a topic that had been discussed in class. Thus, we finalized our argument to be seeking the problems in white feminism through music videos. Even though we got our three arguments and had a feasible thesis statement, we had some issues writing the introduction because we gathered a lot of primary and secondary sources, placing them together seems hard. In addition, the wording of many sentences in the body paragraphs are also confusing, failing to support our topic sentences. For the final draft, I take the suggestions from peer review and completely revises the paper: I

- My argument center around this genre because I am talking about feminism, especially white feminism.
Question Five
- I may change the proposed way that we may used for turning the research pitch into a video project because I only have a limited amount of time finding which type of video representation do I really want to film my research as.
