Introduction: Most people in the world, thinks that obesity is not a sickness it is normal. However, they are wrong obesity is a major diseases around the world which come by parent’s genes. All people needs to take care about themselves to avoid himself from death. Take good care about themselves by eating and exercising.

Body 1: what is obesity? Obesity is a surrounding were the stored body fat is so needless which leads to the person s weight to boost the model by 20 % or more. In addition, obesity is a major health problem, which makes people not only suffer from obesity however they would also suffer from other diseases such as, diabetes. On the other hand common people that have obesity does not mean that they have that genes , and vise-versa which means people that have that genes doesn't affect people's ability to not being fat by pounds through diet, or being healthy and playing exercise. The findings suggest that a person's environment may play a bigger part in weight management than their DNA. Smoking also is a big responsibilities that also causes long-term, as well as premature death. Over 480,000 people in the USA die because of smoking each single year. Scientists had said that $92 billion are lost each year smoke to smoke and affect others. On the other hand having a healthy life is going for a workout. The human body is not used for sitting and relaxing it needs to be moved ,running ,walking or even jumping every day would decrease the amount of obesity to your body, as you are younger more power is avoids to you just get up and work.so smoking is a bad lifestyle however exercising every day is perfect. Life does not only walk on what is gives you, you also need to control the way of living a healthy or unhealthy life style. Having a great lifestyle could be by selecting the foods that includes lo amount of sugar and highly refined carbohydrates. Minimize your consumption of sweets, soft drinks, sugary fruit juices, and white bread. However, choose fruits for example. On the other hand having an unhealthy life style can be by not exercising 5 days in a week at least and stay on the television and playing video games.it is your choice, have a good life style.
