What is obesity? It the condition of being grossly fat and overweight, but in America it can also be known as 35.7 percent of the U.S population. While the reality is that we require protein and fat to replace our bodies every day wear, individuals still need a balanced diet and some form of physical exercise to get the heart rate going. Obesity has become the number one epidemic, nationwide and that is due to the lack of exercise and unhealthy diets.
Not only does obesity bring about various medical issues as well as it's not instructing the fate of America to be dependable with their bodies and to live sound lives. people need to begin assuming liability for their activities, and quit accusing fast food places and junk food as the reason for their weight. The main way you get to be distinctly hefty or overweight is whether you permit yourself to. We have to begin treating our bodies like the sanctuaries they are, we have been honored with life and individuals are underestimating it. The destiny of the nation depends on our era to begin rolling out an improvement in our ways of life. Many of the individuals that shared their testimony began with how they were addicted to eating food and never exercised. So, to solve this issue in the best way I thought possible, I proposed that individuals that are overweight or medically obese would be taxed with a new tax called a “fat” tax that raises your regular taxes by a certain percentage, if your body fat percent is above the recommended, based on World Health Organization and National Institutes of Health
