I learned that Obsessive compulsive disorder is often time consuming. People that have this disorder have to do things a certain way and a certain amount of times before they can go on about their day. It can affect a person life in so many different ways like as in the example that we read in class, the lady had to take four hours to do her get ready for bed night routine. Those four hours she could be sleeping, studying, or something that benefits her. There's some people that are consider about germs being on their hands so they are always washing their hands. Some one that has this disorder could experiences a really intense case of anxiety the only way to release this is to do what they do. Images and thought are in the mind of one that won't go away and will stay until the deed is done but this reoccurs many times. OCD isn't fully comprehended even though there's studies on why and how it's affecting humans and their everyday lives. This disorders affects all ages but it is more intense the older you get, reasoning why this is because as you get older you know what you want and how you want it. Worrying about doing a task right and a certain way can affect the person ability to do normal day task. As like going to work, doing homework, or even going to sleep because they aren't focus about what they are doing they are only focus on what needs to be done that supposably not done right. Even though there's medication and therapy I think that a person will always have obsessive thoughts because you just can't forget something you are always thinking about. Just because you do something a lot doesn't mean you have OCD, but if you are always worrying about it and obsessing and it on like a every hour base then it could be a case of
