The term burnout is not something new to our ears, this word was introduced by Freudenberger (1974) which had been described as a sense of failure and worn out. Edelwich & Brodsky (1980) defined burnout as an increase loss of energy and functions. The sense of burnout occurs when the employees feel the reward that was given is minimal compared to their large output or effort that was contributed (Rupert & Morgan, 2005). Burnout is a respond to chronic interpersonal occupational stress and correlated to the negative effect of human service towards their work and is viewed as psychological syndrome (Schaufeli, Leiter & Maslacah, 2009). MBI-HSS was used to measure occupational burnout for people with direct contact with service recipients. People that can apply to these instruments are police officers, social services workers, physicians and nurses. In nursing MBI-HSS had been used widely as nursing profession provides service to serve people and in this questionnaire there are twenty two items. MBI-ES is used to measure people working in education services and in the questionnaire contains twenty two items as well. Disaffection was well thought-out as an immediate action from exhaustion to depersonalization (Maslach, et. al. 2001). According to Gustavsson, Hallsten & Rudman (2010) had mentioned that depersonalization is commonly used by nurses as a mechanism to cope with stress. Depersonalization is seen as an effect of one’s job stressors and it had been described as negative attitudes towards the organization, colleagues as well as the clients (Maslach & Jackson,
