INTRODUCTION
I. Have you ever had a loved one who has suffered due to an illness of any kind, maybe cancer, Alzheimer’s or any disease that causes major discomfort to them?
II. I will be explaining why euthanasia would be a valuable thing for society.
III. I had to sit there and watch my grandpa suffering for at least 5 years and it was one of the worst things I have had to watch!
IV. So why should you care and why is it relevant to you? Well euthanasia could make or break you ever having to watch a loved one suffering it is the solution to all long term suffering of a patient, and according to my survey half of you were in support of euthanasia.
V. So today, I am going to discuss what euthanasia is, why we value it, and if we value it.

First things first you guys need to know what euthanasia actually is.
A. On dictionary.com last accessed the 28th it says, “euthanasia is mercy killing, the act of putting to death painlessly or allowing to die, as by withholding extreme medical measures, a person suffering from an incurable, and painful disease or condition, otherwise known as painless death,” (Euthanasia definition 2015).
B. Why is euthanasia seen as such a terrible thing by society? When people think of euthanasia they think of euthanasia they just think you are killing them and ending people’s lives.
