My favorite sport for a certain reason is Parkour commonly called free running because I admire the adrenaline rush I endure during the workouts. I came to Parkour in an interesting way. I had stopped going to school and felt I needed something to do to occupy my time. I discovered Parkour through You tube videos and I thought it looked like a challenge.

This sport, started from a great need for transportation, taught me much about preserving and achieving more than I expected.
