PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS:
These are basically mental impairments which disrupt a person’s daily life and are responsible for creating stress in their routine. We can refer to them as mental disorders as well for they impair the set order in one’s particular life.
ETIOLOGY OF ANXIETY DISORDER
Anxiety: Anxiety is known as the longing or eagerness of something to happen. It is usually a feeling of apprehension about something with an uncertain outcome.
Anxiety Disorder: People suffering from an anxiety disorder, tend to have feelings of fear and worry a lot. They over-think a lot about the past events and fear about the future yet to comprehend. It is not always necessary though that if someone in the family suffers from this anxiety disorder or other mental health problems, the other member of the family too will suffer from anxiety.
Stressful Events: If there have been a series of stressful events occurring in a person’s life such as childhood traumas, death or loss of a parent or a loved one, giving birth to a child and factors like emotional or sexual abuses, then a person is likely to suffer from this anxiety disorder.
Physical Illness: A person suffering from diseases like diabetes or hormonal imbalances like thyroid may develop anxiety disorder overtime as the treatment of the continued illness may not help the person due to stress.
Use of alcohol or drugs: People often use drugs to overcome the impact of a stressful situation but prolonged usage of such substances can prove to be fatal and this may turn into a habit. Anxiety thus develops permanently in such people who try to overcome stress by using alcohol.

OBSESSIVE-COMPULSIVE DISORDER (OCD): OCD is a mental disorder which occurs in people who have both obsessions and compulsions while performing a task or in their daily routine.
Obsessions basically are defined as the unwanted thoughts that go on in our mind and disturb us greatly. Images too run through our minds and leave us stressed and we again develop anxiety. Compulsions on the other hand are the urge to do something perfectly and that perfectionism is way ahead of everything e.g; cleaning every bit till it is clean to our eyes, washing hands repeatedly just because we have a fear that we will catch a disease if our hands are dirty.
Causes of OCD: The causes of Obsessive-compulsive disorder remain unidentified and are not fully understood but some factors that cause this disorder include:
