FACTS: Jenny Stracner an employee of the Laguna Beach Police Department was told by several people that there several vehicles were seen in front of Greenwoods resident and the vehicles were only there for a couple of minutes. Stracner investigated these claims by staking out the residence and witnessing the vehicles at the residence for herself. After staking out the residence, she asked the garbage man to isolate garbage picked up and Greenwoods residence and hand them over to her. While looking through Greenwoods trash, Stracner located evidence that led her to believe Greenwood was involved with drugs. Stracner then received a search warrant and found large amounts of cocaine and other substance in the residence.
On Friday July 29,2016, at approximately 2:30 pm, Security Counselor Patrick Johnson of the inspire Nola Charter School Association Security Department, currently assigned to Edna Karr High School , Located at 3332 Huntlee Dr, in new Orleans Louisiana, 70131,had an occasion to investigate the misplacement of a laptop cart containing multiple laptops. S/C Johnson offers the following report. On Friday July 29,2016 at approximately 12:00pm Mr. Chris Reed a teacher at Edna Karr High school discovered a cart containing multiple laptops next to the trash dumpster. On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.

-Summary Timothy Mitchell, father of 5 and a residence of Sault Ste Marie who is trying suing the Sault Ste. Marie Police Services Board. His claim is that during an arrest one of the officers, Keating who was detaining him had used unnecessary force. Mitchell had been struck by Keating near his left upper abdomen. During his hims time at the police station Mitchell claimed that Keating said “abuse, provocative and demeaning comments” and that Keating also pushed him from behind while sitting on a bench in a cell and as he left Keating he gave a “rude and abusive gesture to Mitchell”.
On 09/06/16 I contacted Robert Beck Jr., with Apple Tree Service, at 3603 Roderweis Road in reference to a criminal mischief call. Mr. Beck said sometime over the nighttime hours someone damaged two of Apple Tree Services trucks that were parked in the parking area of the above address. Mr. Beck said one truck had a hasp cut off of a cargo box and another truck a door bent, from being pried open, on a cargo box. Mr. Beck said there did not appear to be any missing items from either truck. Mr. Beck could not provide any suspect information and estimated the damage to the two vehicles at $200 per vehicle.

There were many court cases that were discussed in class regarding the mob versus the individual. The most important ones were the United States v. Schwimmer, Roe v. Wade, Boy Scouts of America v. Dale, and Brown v. Board of Education. In all but one of the cases above, the Mob (the government) used its power to stop the individual from pursuing their American dream. The individual was right in all of the cases because they had the right to express themselves and pursue their dream; and the government had to right to stop them from following it. Starting with the Schwimmer case, the individual was right because the government was not giving her a valid reason as to why they were denying her citizenship.

Richard McPheter was read his right agreeing to talk. Richard McPheter advised he stole nothing from Ginger Billups. Richard McPheter advised Ginger Billups wanted him to take her debit card to get cash out to buy her some meth. Richard McPheter advised that Ginger Billups let him use her Craftsman riding lawn mower to get her meth.
