What is the first thing that processes in your mind, all throughout your brain, when the simple, three-lettered action, ‘run,’ is said? To the psychological brains, it’s the, “Flight or Fight Response.” To the athletic ideals, it’s the running back that won the game for them with that single six-point worth touchdown. Not to administer stereotypical roles, but those are just very few examples out of the many. Many different people experience different thoughts when the word, ‘run,’ is said. The most common thought is the vision of moving your legs in a repetitive motion until you get to somewhere. Notice what I’ve said at the end; they want to get somewhere. When I think of the word, ‘run,’ I think of how my heart, such a small part of me, can love all of running. …show more content…

Others might say that they have a passion for their hobby, but running sparked at my curiousity and has a fire in my heart, that will forever stay dry for the only constant diversion for me from this ever advancing world. I also see running as one of the primary colors; because every sport has different activities that go into it, but running is an important part of almost every ground-pounding sport worth anticipating (sorry, Phelps).
