MY LEVEL OF PERSONAL CONSCIOUSNESS ABSTRACT
Consciousness refers to the individual's awareness of one's unique thoughts, memories, feelings, sensations and environment. And this consciousness are constantly shifting and changing from time to time. It is the awareness of awareness. Having a clear perception of your personality, including strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivation, and emotions. With this awareness it allows us to understand other people, how they perceive us, our attitude and our responses to them in the moment, of how to react to a particular situation. We should not do things that can harm ourselves or others. We need to sustain our needs and wants to survive on this world. With regards to my work as a nurse, I am also committed to their health. As a member of a health team, I am responsible for improving their health status. I should give them the best possible care that they deserve.
2 BEING LOYAL Trust is the foundation of any relationship. For us to be trusted, we must be loyal to them, keeping our promises and words. In our profession, it is vital to always remain loyal to our patients an ourselves.
3 BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN LIFE Whatever we do, whatever actions we take, we must be responsible to it regardless of the consequences it might bring. I have chosen this path so I am committed to my own self. Whatever happen, happens. It is my choice, it is my decision, this is my life and no one can dictate me what Im gonna do with it. 4 TO KNOW ONE'S SELF This is what we called life. In order to understand the surrounding, we must be committed first to ourselves. We should do the self awareness process to be able to know who, what, how and why things are happening around us. If we are aware of our inner self then we can help and understand well other people. Another thing, I should be opened to new ideas, face the fear, accepting failures in life and realizing that what went wrong only teaches us a
