Stark responded to the location, even though it was out of his beat, and asked me if he could handle the call. I advised the beat Officer that we would handle the incident for training. As we entered the Rite Aid, the Victim was sitting in his wheelchair directly in front of the exit.

Due to the Treaty of Versailles’ instability, many countries were negatively impacted in various ways. These countries include Germany, France, Italy, and many recently established countries in Europe. It impacted them by ruining countries’ pride, economic situation, and power. In document 1 it mentions how Germany’s armed forces could not contain any military or naval air forces, stripping away their power as a country, which makes them more vulnerable to attacks by other countries.
Sheriffs have power over the county in whole and are usually seen as the officers that are in control of the people being taken into jail. Many of them work together in high priority job or sometimes wrecks and other small incidents. If it deals with a drug bust, bank robbery, or a murder then this will be the three agencies together where they will have to work together. Which runs into difficulty when they have a problem with who think they have higher power than the other and tries taken care of the whole situation.
If the sheriff has personal involvement or interest in his official duties, is absent, mentally or physically disabled as to where he can’t complete his duties, then the coroner executes the duties of the when the sheriff. This allows the coroner to be able to arrest people who commit an offense within his sight and arrest them until the crime has been investigated, perform all of the procedures he is supposed to by legal authority, take photographs, fingerprints, and other identification data from the felonies or misdemeanors he takes into custody. The coroner must run the jail and protect the inmates. The county coroner may also have to act as deputy to the Sheriff of the Supreme Court.
I had the privilege to interview Ed Locklear who is employed at the Pembroke Police Department where he serves as the Assistant Chief and Captain of the department. Ed Locklear has 19 years of experience, and says he truly enjoys his job. He has been with the Pembroke agency for 3 years now, and before that he worked at the campus of UNC Pembroke. His job duties are usually to help the Chief with day to day operations, such as training for some of the other men at the agency, ordering equipment that they may need, responding to calls, and patrolling the area every now and then. His typical day as the Captain is patrolling, checking out the area to make sure nothing bad is happening, and business walk throughs to make sure everything is running smoothly and no one is causing any trouble.
I arrived at the station and the sheriff was the one who greeted me, which was odd because they had people who were payed to greet you when you came in. He brought me to the back of the station where they have the interrogation rooms. He brought me into the room and asked me for full name and age. I responded with Thomas Splaine, age 24. The cop asked me what was my connection with the murder of Christy Onkels.
I honestly never would have thought of you being a police officer. I know. I'm very different than the characters I portray. I grew up in a small town, and I grew up kind of like a tomboy with a lot of fishing and camping and sports. There was a fan question that came in.
The Deputy US Marshals Out of the 65 federal law enforcement agencies in the United States, none are older or have the broad arresting power of the United States Marshals. The U.S. Marshals have a mission that states “the mission of the U.S. Marshals Service is to enforce federal laws and provide support to virtually all elements of federal justice system through multiple disciplines.” (Rateshtari, Home). This leaves Deputy U.S. Marshals with the responsibility of judicial security, custody of prisoners, fugitive investigations, tactical operations, witness security, and asset forfeiture.
What did you like about the interview? - Everything, I interviewed one sheriff and when other sheriffs heard about the interview they sat around to hear the questions and gave me their own answers. They all said they love talking to kids about their career. Basically the interview went from one person to about 3 but my main focus was on the sheriff I was first interviewing. I also noticed most of them had similar answers.
On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. I arrived at the University Police Department's lobby and was met by a female and two males. The female was later identified as Terry Giang. Giang was going to be interview by Detective Jeff Rider
As a Probation and Parole Officer, my duties is to enforce the law but primary is to help individuals with social resources so they can become productive member of society. Probation and Parole Officer should communicate with other law enforcement officer to gain information or gain more detail about the person that the Probation Officer is supervising. Police Officers serve an integral role in the criminal justice system, and their duty is to arrest individuals and bring them up on charges. If the individual is adjudicated in court, then the individual enters the Delaware Correctional system. Every individual will be placed in their correct supervision level as set forth by SENTAC and sentencing order.
On June 15, 2017, I (Sgt C. Ellebrecht) was working a special assignment (probation searches). I was partnered two probation officers from the Humboldt County Probation Department. At about 0820 hours, we responded to 2668 Rohnerville Road (City of Fortuna - County of Humboldt) for a probation search on Lance Ostlund. Ostlund also had an active warrant for his arrest. Upon arrival, we contacted Ostlund 's aunt who advised that he was not at the residence and had not been for some time.
should change that would help you in your work? He quickly answered saying that he would like to see stricter dispositions at court, he felt like the court keeps just letting people go and then they just end up back at the court a short while later. He believes that if criminals are sentenced the first time they commit then they are less likely to be repeat offenders. What is the biggest misconception you think the public has about your job? He thinks that the public believes that police officers think they are above the law, that they can do whatever they want.
I was very impress with this police officer knowledge because he gave me more than enough information about the police agency he work for. Even though he work before he decide to settle down to the one he want. I learn that before you can go to any other division you must start at patrolling. Until you get pass that level you cannot move on to the one you desire the most. Plus you have to get interview all over if you want to switch.
