There was so much freedom in High School compared to Junior High! I was able to walk off campus and eat, hang out with my friends at the local mall, and awkwardly gaze at the cute senior boys from school. Sophomore year was great. I entered junior year of high school unbothered by the fact that my father did not have a role in my life. However, as my father realized that I was about to be a senior, he started reaching out more.
When I went into highschool I gained confidence to be myself and matured throughout my time in high school to figure out what my goals in life are. Now I am looking forward to graduating
Not a bad change, but certainly a busy one, though not at first. Much of this came with Drama club, a thing I had had interest in but very little actual experience. This would take over much of my time after school, though much of my time in the program was spent behind curtains or working the house. I was a great student through high school too, taking all honors and AP classes. I was still a great reader and found I had a fantastic memory.
Every student starting middle school has a conflict in making new friends the first days of school. Me myself also had problems making new friends because I was very shy. Fortunately I had one of my friends from elementary school. Although I'd love to tell you the way I made friends I changed over the year to survive middle school.
“Started from the bottom now were here”is a lyric from Drake and Drake got to where he is by accepting his first opportunity. Had Drake not chosen that option he wouldn 't have gotten to the top. Drake jumped at his opportunity like a kangaroo and made a living out of it. In the same way, Drake took his opportunities one should embrace all of their opportunities. When an opportunity presents itself, one should embrace it.
I was always getting lost and going into wrong classes. The high school experience changed me by giving me way better skills that I had before I came to Thousand Oaks High School. If I would change anything I would came here for all four years instead of going to West Orange High School in Orlando. I don 't regret going to West Orange High School in Orlando but education wise
How have I changed in high school? Mostly every kid in high school have changed not every kid but some kids. Personally I’ve changed a lot since high school started. When I was in middle school I was a total nerd.
I have change a lot in high school, my attitude and how I was whit another’s persons. I was in middle school, and I was a really bad kid, I always get in trouble, I never do my work and I would talk back to the teacher, I would get in fights or I do bad things, but know in high school no. I have change now, I am not a bad kid anymore, know I do my work, I try to be the best student in the class, I am not getting in to fight anymore. I have change a lot I am a different person now, and I don’t want to get in trouble now, because I am in football and I like to play football, so that is why I am a different person, that is why I do my work, I don’t talk back to the teacher, and I don’t get into a fights anymore.
I believed that high school would be a great difference from middle school. I remember that most of my classmates were scared of the adventure we had before us. I, on the other hand, was excited. Ever since the sixth grade, I have longed to walk those halls. I was tired of the strict rules and limited amount of freedom.
High school has been my most extraordinary experience, it has helped transform me into the person that I am today. Of course high school hasn’t been the easiest four years of my life but it has been the most educational. Nonetheless it has had its highs and lows and countless complicated and confusing experiences in between but the only thing you can do in a time like that is learn from your experiences and if you mess up along the way then learn from your mistakes but most of all you have to keep pushing forward and learn not to give up on something you may fear because you can’t understand it at the time. Throughout high school I have learned a tremendous amount academically but at the same time I’ve learned so much about myself as an individual.
I consider that I have changed in a way that I'm more open-minded and a little more social than I was at my other school. I have also transformed in a way that I care more about my grades and if I'm missing any assignments, because I was used to that if I got a fifty or a low grade in something I didn't really cared because I knew that if I went to summer school they would pass me. I like that I have become more social and responsible about my school work and what I have to do. I really want to leave Texas and study at a great University and live in a city like New York and in order to get that is to study hard. I’m more matured in my way of thinking, I guess it’s
A breakthrough that I had was a physical one it was when I was middle school playing at the starting quarterback position it was my last year in middle well my 8th grade year , I knew I had to get a little stronger & faster if I wanted too to be pretty good . So I started running, doing push-ups, sit-ups, an etc . Just to try in compete with the guys that were much bigger but I had the same power as them so even I was very short I was also very fast & strong since I’ve been lifting weights I knew it would become something I really like doing , my senior year in high school I ran a 4.47 , 40 yard dash , my bench was 235, squat 335, an im only 5,6 , 147pds .
When I started high school, I was a very enthusiastic girl. I was excited for life and I could just see myself at graduation when I started my first day and thought about how many things I would have achieved during my high school career. Freshman year I met a guy. He was my first boyfriend.
High school has impacted my life in so many ways. High School taught me so many things, from personal relationships to creating a relationship with my education. As a freshman, I made a huge amount of mistakes and I regret doing foolish things, but I’ve realized, I was only maturing into the young adult I am today. Freshman year, I was out of focus and I was only trying to find myself. I would also prioritize other things and ignore my parent’s advice, where they would tell me to focus in school and give it my full attention.
After one quarter of high school, I have learned so much about myself. I have learned to accord with the upperclassmen because they have been through high school longer. They have been through anything and everything. I’m learning to cope with new things like all my new different teachers and rules. The upperclassmen tried to allure us with an elevator pass to get into trouble.
