As someone who has always been very athletic, I have still always had a little more weight than what was average. This really increased after my senior year was over and after my sports stopped. My waist circumference is forty-five inches and my hip circumference is fifty-three inches, which makes my waist-to-hip ratio .87. Having a waist-to-hip ratio that is greater than greater than .86 puts me at a higher risk for health issues. My systolic blood pressure is one-hundred thirty-two and my diastolic is eighty-eight, which puts my blood pressure in the pre-hypertension category.
