Leaving Qualla Boundary was always bittersweet for my father. Nestled in the densely populated mountainous region of North Carolina, the rolling, dirt covered terrain of Cherokee Nation Reservation was what he considered home. He enjoyed waking up to the crimson halo of the rising sun as it blazed atop the bluff, dragging Chrissy and I out of our beds, eager to explore the rustic town. Mom always slept in. She was lucky that way.
The move back to Maryland was one of the biggest challenges in my life, everything was okay in Ohio until my step dad caused problems with me and my mom. It all started when my mom tried kicking my step dad out of the house for domestic violence. She kicked him out because not only has he fought with my mom, but he and I have fought a few times. Everything seemed fine at first until he kept bringing police officers to our house claiming almost all of our household items were his and he wanted to get them back. Of course the officers eventually weren’t allowing him to keep coming back to bug us about it and told him to go to the court and take the problem to a civil court judge.

Most people have moved before sometime in their life. For me, it was only two times. The first move was an international move from Vietnam to the United States of America, when I was just 8 months old. At the time, it was just my mom, dad, and me, traveling across the world to start a new life. Word of advice, moving is hard.
Well the crops weren’t as good this season, but then again, I never had time for my crops. It’s been a really sad year because first my newborn baby die from the flu. Then my beautiful wife got the flu and I couldn’t do anything thing for her and she died too.

Not everyone has the privileges to know what I’m about to tell you so consider yourself lucky. From what motived me to move to Milwaukee, my passion and my ambitions to succeed in life. Saturday morning like any other Saturday back in 2009, in Glenview a small town just north of Chicago) I woke up at 7:00am to get ready and go to work like any other day, back then I used to work at this restaurant called Yard House, I was a prep cook, my job was to have all the ingredients for the salads ready, from dressings to tortilla chips for the second shift.
“I’ll come back to visit sometime,” is what I am obligated to tell to every single one of my friends I made. Since I was young I never had trouble making friends, but keeping them was a challenge to me. It wasn’t because I was mean or because I didn’t want friends, it’s because I moved around a lot when I was younger. I was born in Fresno, California, but then I moved to Mexico at a really young age so I was raised there until I was five years old.
About two months ago, I found myself in a situation that I once believed was a distant and seemingly unachievable goal. I was at my own Eagle Scout award ceremony and I honestly could not believe that I had finally accomplished what only six percent of all Scouts do. During my ceremony I began to look back on the countless hours of work that had gone into my Eagle Project. This contemplation slowly progressed into a reflection of my entire involvement in the Boy Scouts of America.
Moving to Idaho Falls would be a splendid idea. People who live in Idaho Falls tend to be more delighted than the rest. There are plenty of things to do such as, shopping, hanging out with friends, eating at restaurants, and plenty of other things. These three events have made me who I am today and I have gained a lot of new knowledge as well. When I first found out that I was moving to Idaho Falls I had mixed emotions I was thrilled yet heartbroken at the same time.
When I Moved to Missouri Moving. It’s an experience of shifting from somewhere you love (or where you don’t) and going to unknown lands. Beyond this stage of a completely new experience, you will find happiness in undiscovered forms in undiscovered places. Places you never thought you would like, turn out to be places you love. When there is a new opportunity, you try to ignore it, but wind up exploring it to no extent.
Kimberly bowman Personal Recount The continuous and ever so soothing sound of propellers hummed in the background, like a giant creature of old snoring in its’ perpetuous slumber. The slight on coming currents of turbulence mimicked that of a vessel at sea, rocking to and fro with the steady rhythm of the ocean. It was to this that I drifted into the state that harbours on the line between the realms of sleep and that of consciousness. At this stage my southwest hemisphere (as my father so elegantly puts it) had been firmly attached to the seat of the airplane for a solid, dreary 6 hours.
I don 't care much about where I live as long as I have a reason to live there, my computer and a pile of books. I wouldn 't want to move to Perth, because I don 't think there 's anything for me. I doubt I would enjoy the lifestyle; I don 't care about beaches or barbeque, I don 't want to hang out with my neighbours drinking beer and doing nothing constructive. Neither do I care about "the world 's best food" nor "the best wine" - I 'm not much of an epicure.
When I was 14 I had to move to San Clemente, California. I had already recently moved temporarily to Texas while a house was made ready for us on the military base. “The house is ready!” my mother had said excitedly, after being on the phone for a few minutes. “It’s time to go back?”
In the summer of 2012, was when I was leaving for Virginia. A lot had happened in the previous months before this moment. Things such as my mom getting a new car, getting a new dog, my mom having a heart attack, and so on. Over everything that was happening, the biggest thing was moving across country from Arizona. Although, the hardest part for me was leaving my dad behind.
