Personal Narrative: Moving To North Dakota

I was extremely uneasy about moving to somewhere new but I threw my bags into the trunk and closed it very softly and ran my hand across the back of the car. As I opened the back door I glanced back at the old house one last time before stepping into the back of the car. My brother very quickly got in the other side of the car and very excitedly yelled “come on! Let’s go!” My mother also very hesitant to leave gets into the driver’s seat and again, my brother yells “let’s go!” As we drove away from the place I called home and I took one last quick glance in the mirror before the house was out of sight. I sighed and leaned back as much as I could and I had fallen asleep. I woke up with a sudden stop of our car, I glanced at my brother who has an almost exact opposite personality of me and asked “where are we?” My mom glanced back and laughed as if I had told her a joke of some sort. I rolled my eyes and glanced out my window, there wasn’t much of a view if i’m honest it was just empty fields of nothing I was confused but continued to look out the window. We drove all night, I wasn’t quite sure of where we were when I woke up the following day. I do know that sleeping in a car was very uncomfortable. I woke up and my back was in extreme pain. I kinda felt bad for my mom because she had to drive all night. I could only imagine how uncomfortable she had to of been.
